Dr.Abha Shashi Kumar  has devoted her Educational and Professional  journey to the  Empathetic Sharing ,Caring  and Holistic growth of   different  areas of  Society,like  Child development,Women Empowerment, Addiction free  Self Oriented Personality Enrichment to fine tune Quality of Life.

Her academic  and professional journey  completed with  multiple areas of  exposure  ,She did her Masters and Ph.D, from DrHSGVV,SagarMP,started her career under Women and Child Welfare Department and  served under ICDS Services in MP for ten years. She  witnessed the  issues and agony of BPL areas of the under privileged in the society,She did her masters in Sociology and Law to support the outreach  of  the services .She has  worked under NAVRATNA ‘SAIL’ for 25 yrs as Industrial  n Psychological counsellor, learned about Professional Guidance and Counseling  from Annamalai University, TN,along with Diploma in Industrial Psychology,De- Addiction Counseling ,Certification in  Women and Child oriented Acts- POSCO,POSH, etc.

She is running SAMAGRAFDC since last 25 years under ICSWCG Branch and collaborator with  CCI&CNN for  various activities  and Professional training Programme.
